Recycling at St Barts

Whether it's empty print cartridges or old postcards, at St Bart's we welcome to raise funds for Christian Charities to help those in need around the world.

Christian Aid

Recycle old mobile phones and ink cartridge to raise funds for Christian Aid

Christian Aid is a Christian organisation that insists the world can and must be swiftly changed to one where everyone can live a full life free from poverty. They provide urgent, practical and effective assistance where need is great, tackling the effects of poverty as well as the root causes.
Recycling is a great way to raise money for Christian Aid and help the environment.
Please don’t forget that we can also recycle any of your old mobile phones that you no longer use – every year up to 250 million mobile phones are replaced worldwide. It is estimated that there are 85 million unused mobiles in the UK – that’s cash that could seriously help Christian Aid, so do your part and dig out any old phones you have lying around!
We can also recycle any unused printer cartridges you may no longer need or that are out of date – all we ask is that these are original items and that they are still in the original packaging – simply put them with your other goods to be collected and we’ll do the rest!
If you know of any other business or department which use printer cartridges and don’t recycle them, please let them know about the Christian Aid Recycling Appeal – thank you for your continued support, you are making a big difference.

Please place your donations in the box provided in the baptismal area.

Thank you.
